2024 Hajj: Pilgrims From Southern Nigeria To Pay Additional 390k

<h4>2024 Hajj<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p><strong><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">OpenLife Nigeria<&sol;a><&sol;strong> reports that the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria &lpar;NAHCON&rpar; has announced the total sum of 4&period;899 Million naira &lpar;Basic Travelling Allowance BTA inclusive&rpar; as the final Hajj fare for 2024 hajj&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The 2024 Hajj is scheduled to begin in the evening of Friday&comma; June 14&comma; 2024 to Wednesday June 19&comma; 2024&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The Executive Secretary&comma; Ogun State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board&comma; Alhaji Dauda Salau stated this while addressing pressmen in his office at Oke-Mosan&comma; Abeokuta&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He  added that the final Hajj fare as announced by the chairman National Hajj Commission of Nigeria&comma; Mallam Jalal Arabi&comma; indicated that Pilgrims from the Southern part of the country&comma; Ogun State inclusive&comma; will pay the sum of 4&comma;899&comma;000 million Naira&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He therefore&comma; appealed to all intending pilgrims who have made deposit of N4&period;5million naira or below to top it up to the fixed fare of N4&period;899million naira before 12th of February<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;vanguardngr&period;com&sol;">MPWB boss further explained that documentation and processing of visa will only be carried out for pilgrims who have made complete payment&period;<&sol;a><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Salau urged the Muslim faithful who are still wishing to perform this year&&num;8217&semi;s hajj to make use of the extension date to do so&comma; as there will be no further extension of date by NAHCON&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Alhaji Salau appreciated the cooperation and understanding of the pilgrims and promised a smooth and seamless hajj operations&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Hajj is an annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca&comma; Saudi Arabia&comma; the holiest city for Muslims&period; It is a mandatory religious duty for Muslims that must be carried out at least once in their lifetime by all&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
