Zion Prayer Movement Outreach To End 100 Days Fasting

 

OpenLife News reports that the 2026 World Conference of Zion Prayer Movement Outreach will hold next week at Zion City, Mgbichi, Ngor Okpala, Imo State, the permanent site of the ministry.

In a press statement released in Lagos on Friday, the ministry announced that the 3-day crusade will begin on Friday, August 21 and end on Sunday, August 23, 2026.

Largest Annual Gathering Of Zionites

The World Conference is the largest annual gathering organized by Zion Prayer Movement Outreach. It attracts participants from across Nigeria, Africa, Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East and other parts of the world.

This year marks the third time the annual conference will be held outside Lagos.

Climax Of 100 Days Fasting And Prayer

The crusade will also mark the grand finale of the ministry’s <strong>100 Days Fasting and Prayer programme which started in May.

The Annual 100 Days Fasting and Prayers is one of Zion’s most significant spiritual programmes. During the season, members engage in prayer, fasting, worship, biblical reflection, thanksgiving and fellowship.

The programme culminates in the closing World Conference which draws worshippers, pilgrims, clergy, volunteers and media representatives from around the globe. Hundreds of thousands of Zionites are expected to attend this year’s edition.

What To Expect

The Spiritual Director of Zion, Evangelist Chukwuebuka Anozie Obi, said the conference will be power-packed.

“The crusade is expected to record thousands of people giving up their lives to Christ, awesome miracles, instant healings, deliverance from bondage, salvation of souls and verifiable testimonies,” he said.

Preparations are already underway at Zion City to host what is expected to be one of the biggest Christian gatherings in Nigeria this year.
