Don’t partner satan for fame, money—Anselm Madubukor

&NewLine;<figure class&equals;"wp-block-image size-large is-resized"><img src&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;wp-content&sol;uploads&sol;2020&sol;02&sol;Nolly-2-1024x768&period;jpg" alt&equals;"" class&equals;"wp-image-2398" width&equals;"446" height&equals;"334"&sol;><&sol;figure>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Apostle Anselm Madubuko&comma; the apostolic leader and founder of Revival Assembly Ministries International &lpar;The New Anointing&rpar;&comma; has advised Nigerians against fraternizing with satan  in the quest for  fame and wealth&comma; saying it is the surest path to destruction&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The renowned Apostle gave&NewLine;this admonition at the 2020 edition of the Legends of Nollywood Awards which&NewLine;held on February 15 at the Banquet Hall of the National Theatre&comma; Lagos&period; The&NewLine;theme of the awards event was Film Making and Nation Building&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Don’t partner with satan&NewLine;for fame and money&period; Always ensure that Jesus Christ is on your boat in all your&NewLine;endeavours because when the storm comes and Jesus is with you&comma; you will not&NewLine;sink&comma;” he stated&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Nollywood star and&NewLine;convener of the awards&comma; Paul Obazele&comma; stated that but for Apostle Madubukor&comma; he&NewLine;would have given up on several projects where he later achieved success&period; He&NewLine;describes the Apostle as his mentor who is always there for him when it matters&NewLine;most&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>He extended his thanks to&NewLine;Eco and Sterling Banks including Nabal Foods and Intercontinental Distillers for&NewLine;their corporate sponsorship and supports&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The 2020 edition had 109&NewLine;physically challenged graduands who received certificates after two weeks of&NewLine;training in script writing&comma; editing&comma; production management etc&nbsp&semi; at the National Institute of Sports&comma; Lagos&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Amongst those who received&NewLine;awards were Nollywood stars&comma; Segun Arinze&comma;&nbsp&semi;&NewLine;Francis Duru&comma; Hilda Dokubo &comma; Jide Kosoko and other veterans&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>In his remarks&comma; Honourble Minister of State for Budget and National Planning who was the guest speaker emphasized the pivotal role of Nollywood in strengthening national unity&period; He disclosed that stakeholders in the film industry will be inculcated into the national development Plan for an all inclusive growth&period; Among other top dignitaries in attendance was Senator Dino Melaye&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
