Zamfara CP, Usman Nagogo, unveils Maru, Tsafe Community Policing Advisory Committees

&NewLine;<p><strong>The Commissioner of Police Zamfara State Command&comma; Usman Nagogo&comma; has inaugurated a 16 and  17 members in the on going Community Policing   Advisory Committees in Maru and Tsafe local governments areas of the State&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p><strong>The members of the committees were inaugurated at the palaces of the two Emirates and was attended by the two&nbsp&semi; Local Government Chairmen&comma; Community&sol; Religious leaders and other important personalities of&nbsp&semi; the two council areas&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p><strong>&nbsp&semi;Nagogo&comma; while inaugurating the committee&comma; stressed the importance of the committee saying that policing in the modern days is community driven &period; Hence&comma; the people will have the opportunity of providing house to house watch&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p><strong>While responding&comma;&nbsp&semi; the Emirs and council&nbsp&semi; chairmen appreciated the Inspector General of Police for&nbsp&semi; the gesture&comma; which they said would never be abused&period; They added that only people of impeccable characters will be selected into the exercise&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p><strong>A statement signed by Superintendent Mohammed Shehu&comma; the Command’s spokesman stated that the CP was accompanied by the State Director of Security &lpar;DSS&rpar;&comma; Commandant Civil Defence and other senior Police officers&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;
