<p>Her Excellency addressed the governor as her partner in the video caption, showing the romantic side of the ever hardworking governor.</p>
<p>Governor Yahaya Bello has shown beyond reasonable doubt that spending time with loved ones is valuable especially at a season of love like this.</p>
