Funny Thinker Breaks Silence In Explosive Message To Sunday Igboho

Funny Thinker Breaks Silence In Explosive Message To Sunday Igboho

OpenLife Nigeria reports that a tense public exchange has erupted after media personality Funny Thinker issued a strongly worded message directed at Sunday Igboho, accusing him of intimidation and alleged threats to his life. The statement, which quickly gained attention online, paints a picture of rising personal and political tension.

In his opening remarks, Funny Thinker rejected what he described as intimidation tactics, insisting that any grievance should be handled legally rather than through threats or pressure.

“Stop using touts to thre@ten me.

If you feel I have done something wrong, take me to court. I can never bow to oppression. This was how they k!lled Mohbad. He was being be@ten everywhere but he was forming maturity and he kept quiet.”

He went further to reference the tragic death of Mohbad, using it to emphasize his refusal to remain silent in the face of fear or alleged intimidation. He also stressed that he has no intention of leaving Ibadan despite the situation escalating.

“You can’t k!!! me like they k!lled Mohbad. I will never apologize to you and I will not leave Ibadan because of you. GO AND DO YOUR WORST. I supported you when Buhari’s government wanted to mess you up.”

The statement also reflected a sense of betrayal, as Funny Thinker claimed he once stood in solidarity with Sunday Igboho during difficult political moments under the administration of Muhammadu Buhari. He questioned the current hostility, insisting he had never sought personal gain from their relationship.

“If I had known you were an oppressor, would I have supported you? I have nothing to lose except my life but before I lose it, I will cry out to the world. Have I ever come to your house to beg for food? Leave me alone.”

He further alleged that threats had been issued against him, warning that the situation could escalate if not addressed. He also drew comparisons involving prominent political families such as those of Seyi Makinde and Adebayo Alao-Akala, questioning the fairness of the treatment he claims to be facing.

“You said your touts should k!Il me anywhere they see me. This will not end well for both of us. Can you do this to Seyi Makinde or Akala’s child? To the person that leaked my address to him, remember I once covered you when The Ogun State Government was using DSS to chase you.”

Authorities and observers are yet to issue official statements regarding the claims, while the matter continues to generate conversations across social media platforms, with many calling for calm and restraint from all sides.
