<p>Mogaji Olawoyin who was the leader of the Kwara House of Assembly died in the early hours of Monday, January 9 after a brief illness.</p>
<p>The chief press secretary to the speaker, Abdulquadr Yusuf, confirmed the tragic news.</p>
<p>The information was also confirmed by the chairman of the House Committee on Information, Youth, Sports, and Tourism, Hon. Awolola Ayokunle.</p>
<p>According to Yusuf, Islamic burial rites for the deceased will be held at 4 p.m. at the Magajin Geri family house in Surulere, Ilorin.</p>

<p>He represented the Ilorin Central Constituency (Mogajin Geri) and made significant contributions to the legislative process.</p>
<p>The passing of Alhaji Abubakar Mogaji Olawoyin is a great loss for his loved ones and for the community as a whole.</p>
