NAFDAC Signs MOU With South Korea

OpenLife Nigeria reports that the Director General of National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, NAFDAC, Professor Moji Adeyeye, has just signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, with the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) Seoul, South Korea, led by its Minister, Yu-Kyoung Oh.

The signing was witnessed by the Charge D’Affairs of the Nigeria Mission of South Korea.

NAFDAC Signs MOU With South Korea

According to information, the MoU is to enhance cooperation in the field of medical products – pharmaceuticals (including vaccines), medical devices and in vitro diagnostics.

NAFDAC is a federal government agency that regulates and controls the importation, exportation, manufacture, advertisement, distribution, sale and use of food, drugs, cosmetics, medical devices, bottled water, Chemicals and detergents in Nigeria for the safety of citizens in line with global best practices.
