OpenLife Nigeria reports that many persons have been injured and hospitalized as the age long crises between Aladja and Ogbe-Ijoh Communities in Udu and Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State.
An indigene of Aladja Community who craved anonymity raised alarm, saying they are under attack by the people of Ogbe-Ijoh Community since yesterday afternoon.
He accused one major in the Nigerian Army and his men of allegedly shooting sporadically at the Indigenes of Aladja Community.
While noting no one has been killed in the crisis, he said many have been injured and hospitalized at different clinics.
He called on the relevant security agencies including the Governor Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa led Delta State Government to come to the rescue of Aladja people with a view to arresting the leaders of Ogbe-Ijoh Community for allegedly breaching the peace accord which was signed recently.
