As the world is dangling into a total pool of palpitations due to the carcinogenic Corona Virus pandemic, the less privileged in the society are always in need at this crucial period.
This is the thinking of the humble servant, Hon. Kobby Amoah-Mensah popularly known in the political landscape as Ahafo David, who is the NPP Parliamentary candidate for Asunafo South in the Ahafo Region.
Based on this thinking, he has decided to match his inner thoughts with actions by donating many items like soft drinks, rice, Water, cooking oil, vegetables etc to the poor in the Asunafo South.
He presented these items to Kukuom, Adomako, Kwahu Flowers, Kwabena Kumah, two communities in Kokooso and others.
In an exclusive interview with Cash Media in the Ahafo Region which was sourced by OpenLife, Amoah Mensah stated categorically that he will continue to support his people at this time of trouble.
He urged the people to be conscious of the seriousness of the pandemic, stressing that physical social distancing is one of the best options at the moment in Ghana.
He advised the youth to obey the presidential directives on measures to curtail the spread saying that Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the president of the Republic of Ghana is very committed to the fight against the virus.
“It is a high time Ghanaians showed their appreciation to the president,” he stated.
Amoah-Mensah advised Ghanaians to be phlegmatic on the issue of total lockdown and leave it to the health experts and the president to decide. He commended the CEO of Food and Drug Authority, madam Darko for all the help given to him in combating the deadly Covid 19.
The workshop helped the people of Asunafo South and they really appreciated this initiative.
