<p><strong>At least one person has been confirmed dead after a two storey <a href="http://Openlife.ng">building under construction collapsed</a> in <a href="http://Openlife.ng">Lagos Island</a>.</strong></p>
<p>Spokesperson of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Ibrahim Farinloye said the collapse could be linked to the torrential rain fall in Lagos.</p>
