<p>Bongo Depharaa, whose name is David Ofori Osafo, has won the <a href="https://openlife.ng/">2020 Foklex Media Awards.</a></p>



<p>As an appreciation for mentorship, he has dedicated the award to the Managing Director of <a href="https://openlife.ng/">Despite Media,</a> Dr. Fadda Dickson Narh.</p>



<p>The Peace FM star says Fadda Dickson Narh is his god father.</p>



<p>Bongo Depharaa won as the best commentator in the Greater Accra Region.</p>



<p>The trained teacher who switched from the classroom to sit behind the microphone gave thanks to Almighty God for making the vision come through.</p>

<p>Bongo Depharaa started the Journalism campaign with Nkawkaw based Obuoba FM and later moved to Accra some years.</p>



<p>He has been able to make impact in <a href="https://openlife.ng/">Ghana&#8217;s capital Accra</a> and beyond.</p>



<p>The versatile journalist Bongo Depharaa&#8217;s aim is to win the Ghana Journalist Awards best sports journalist in the coming years.</p>
