Aniagwu identifies talent development as vital for employment generation

&NewLine;<p>Aniagwu Charles&comma; Delta State Commissioner for Information has identified &nbsp&semi;talent development as vital for employment generation&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Aniagwu stated this on Thursday &nbsp&semi;while playing host to a delegation of actors and actresses led by Mr&period; <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">Emmanuel Iwala<&sol;a>&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Iwala is &nbsp&semi;the Special Adviser on Talent Hunt to the Akwa Ibom State Governor&comma; Udom Emmanuel&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The <strong>commissioner<&sol;strong> noted that talent development is critical in the generation of employment&comma; curbing youth restiveness and enhancing social life&period; He added that &nbsp&semi;Delta state under <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;punchng&period;com">Okowa<&sol;a> saw the need to develop an ultra-modern film village situated at Anwai&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The film village&comma; according to him&comma; would cater for the huge number of talented Deltans&period; He specifically referred to those who may not have been able to explore ways of showcasing their talents&period; Aniagwu assured that it is expected to engender peace&comma; unity and development&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Aniagwu observed that <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">Delta State and Akwa Ibom State<&sol;a> are noted for hospitality&period; He was&comma; therefore&comma; not surprised that the Special Adviser led a powerful delegation to Delta State&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>He expressed hope that the collaboration between the two states would move beyond hospitality and entertainment to economic development&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Earlier&comma; Iwala&comma; informed the commissioner that they were in Delta to explore the abundant resources&period; He stated that the enabling environment that made film production much easier is of interest to them&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>He commended the <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">Delta State Government<&sol;a> for developing an all-encompassing film village&period; Iwala observed that the initiative would practically make the state a destination for film production as well as employ a good number of youths with budding talents&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
