<p><strong><a href="https://openlife.ng/">OpenLife reports</a> </strong>that Zenith Bank Plc, Nigeria’s Tier-1 lender and most profitable financial institution in Nigeria and across Africa has commissioned its 19th branch in Osubi, Delta State.</p>
<p>The commissioning has earned the bank the status of being the first bank in Osubi, an airport town in Warri area and the only working Bank in Okpe Local Government Area in the Delta Central Senatorial District of the oil rich State.</p>

<p>Among the top dignitaries at the commissioning was Delta State Governor, Right Honourable Sheriff Oborevwori , who cut the tap to commission the newly established branch of Zenith Bank.</p>

<p>Speaking, governor Oborevwori noted that the event marks a major milestone in the development of the state as Zenith Bank’s presence in Osubi is expected to enhance financial <a href="https://www.vanguardngr.com/">inclusion,</a> boost economic activities, and support the government’s drive toward sustainable development.</p>
<p>He described the development as a strong endorsement of the state&#8217;s economic potential and investor-friendly environment.</p>
<p>He said:<em><strong> &#8220;This is more than just a banking facility coming on stream. It is a strong vote of confidence in the future of Delta State and in the opportunities that lie before us.&#8221;</strong></em></p>

<p>He commended the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Zenith Bank Plc, Dame Adaora Umeoji, and the bank&#8217;s management team for fulfilling their promise to establish a branch in Osubi.</p>
<p>Reacting, Dame Adaora Umeoji, expressed appreciation to Governor Oborevwori for supporting private sector investments and creating an enabling environment for businesses in the state.</p>
