Yobe Police Command bursts kidnapping syndicate, suspects killed

&NewLine;<p>Yobe State Police Command has burst a kidnapping syndicate&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The Command’s spokesman&comma; <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">Superintendent Dungus Abdulkarim<&sol;a>&comma; says three of the kidnappers have been killed&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>According to Abdulkarim&comma; the Command&comma; in the early hours of  August 30&comma; received information that kidnappers&comma; numbering about 15 and  armed with AK 47 rifles stormed <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;thisdaylive&period;com">Kasesa community <&sol;a>in  Damaturu Local Government Area&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>However&comma; on getting the information&comma; the vigilante group in the area with active supports from Police officers ambushed the kidnappers&period; They killed 3 and arrested 4 while the victim was rescued&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Abdulkarim said &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Presently&comma; the corpses have been deposited at a morgue in the<a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;"> Specialist Hospital in Damaturu<&sol;a> while investigations are ongoing&period;”<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Sources reveal that the kidnappers reportedly collected NGN 4 million from the victim&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Meanwhile&comma; Yobe Police Command has vowed to fish out all criminal elements in the State<&sol;p>&NewLine;
