Wema Bank, Nigeria’s long –standing innovative bank has rewarded its Royal Kiddies account holders.

The rewards came for  20 of its Royal Kiddies account holders. Wema Bank made the  announcement during the virtual selection which held on the 2nd of October 2020.

Of the 20  winners,  six emerged  from the Lagos region and  five from south west region. Similarly, three emerged each from the South East, South-South and Northern Nigeria.

Speaking,  Dotun Ifebogun, Divisional Head, Retail Banking commended the efforts put in by customers of the Bank’s Royal Kiddies Account.

According to him “The Royal Kiddies annual award demonstrates the banks unwavering support for its customers. This is  especially so at a time most families face the financial hardship posed by the global outbreak of COVID-19. We also know it’s back to school season. We believe this will contribute to the educational needs of the winners as they go back to school.”

He expressed happiness over the success of the rewards as a result of parents’ annual expectation.  “Because of the cash prize, parents now look forward to the annual award with hope of being among lucky winners.”

Ifebogun  emphasized that the annual Royal Kiddies Award has come  to stay. He therefore encouraged parents to open a Royal Kiddies Account for their children ages 0-12 years.

OBJECTIVES

In same vein, Funmilayo Falola, Head Brands & Marketing Communication, commended the initiative. She said “The Bank prides itself in constantly devising means of rewarding customers across all segments. The annual Royal kiddies Award goes a long way to show this.
