Basically, we are into building constructions so we have done a lots of projects in Lagos Island, mainland in Lagos.

Well our projects have actually built our reputations and we have met with a lot of clients and a lots of projects that we have done.
Our jobs have earned more projects which has referred us to other people.

I have done residential I have done commercials we just recently finished a mall a shopping mall, about 65 shops in Lekki axis of Lagos and a lot of residential apartments as well.

Based on the team of workers that I have, we source for the best materials for our clients and we don’t compromise standard. We have rejected a lot of projects because they are not ready to yield to what we suggested for them so we go for the best materials so that at the end of the day the outcome of the projects will be fantastic.
Can you tell about your refurbishments, re-molding, upgrade and rehabilitation of any type of buildings?
We do maintenance we refurbish an old building to make it latest, we can upgrade a whole building to bring it back to the latest.
What are those qualities that stand you out?
Based on the jobs that we have done over the years we have been in operations for the past 13years and we have done projects both in mainland and Island both in and out Lagos we have not had any bad feedback both on the projects that we have executed.
Can you tell us about design constructions workmanship and modality?
We will design for clients. We will make approval for them, we make it so easy, early for our clients and we do execute perfect Jobs for them and that will make them refer us to others.

Like I have said earlier we are professionals.
On quarterly basis, we upgrade ourselves by offering courses just to upgrade ourselves.

Our major challenges in the field is the fluctuations in the prices of materials.
What made you go into building constructions?
It is actually a passion. My father is into constructions. So I grew into it and I have passion for it and I went for it.
How many years have you been in the industry and how has the experience been?
For the past 13 years now. We have a lot of experiences based on the different terrain that we have worked. We have worked in the waterlog areas. Our jobs both in the field and site has made us to achieve our aim..

We have a good relationships with our clients because without them we are nothing. So we are existing because of them. Our good relationship with our clients make them to refer us to other clients and this has been the strategy of our growth.
Tell us about your delivery
At the inception of our projects, we have drawn our work projects. We set up our work projects which is to guild us to know if we are ahead of the schedule or behind schedule.
We then know how to buckle up to meet up with them with our work projects. We work faster than we schedule to keep our clients happy and give a good reputations to our company.
What are your expectations from the governments?
The government should regulate prices of materials. If the prices can be regulated and we have a stable price, it will be fine for us.
How have you been able to create jobs and also add to the economic growth of Nigeria?
We are creating jobs in the projects we are embarking on. We are engaging both skill and unskilled labours.
We also engage other contractors. We sublet our projects to other contractors as well. So we have been creating jobs. On a single site, we don’t have less than 10 people working for us on a daily basis. On the projects, we are contributing immensely to the economic growth of Nigeria, in Lagos and beyond.
How is your growth and prospects in the industry
We have grown over the years.We are 13 years old in the industry.
What are your plans for expansion in the industry?
Presently, we are into supply of materials. We source for materials from other contractors and we have one place in Lagos.
What drives you in the industry
The growth we are experiencing on a daily basis motivates us to do more.
What is your focus in the industry?
We are focused and determined in delivery good projects for our clients with stable and durable projects for maximizing their finances to achieve their aim.
