Unity Bank assures Customers of adequate Forex to meet legitimate needs

&NewLine;<p>Unity Bank Plc&comma; one of Nigeria&&num;8217&semi;s leading retail banks with over 200 business offices spread across the 36 states and Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria&comma; has assured its customers nationwide of adequate foregn exchanged to meet their legitimate business needs&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>A statement made available to OpenLife stated that &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Unity Bank Plc has received supply of foreign exchange &lpar;forex&rpar; from the Central Bank of Nigeria&nbsp&semi; &lpar;CBN&rpar; to adequately meet eligible demands from customers&period;”<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The bank therefore called on all foreign exchange seekers &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;To come forward with their respective demands” adding that there is sufficient forex provision to meet legitimate needs&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>In&nbsp&semi;April 2005&comma; six&nbsp&semi;banks&nbsp&semi;namely&semi; Intercity&nbsp&semi;Bank&nbsp&semi;Plc&comma; Tropical Commercial&nbsp&semi;Bank&nbsp&semi;Plc&comma; Pacific&nbsp&semi;Bank&nbsp&semi;Limited&comma; Centre Point&nbsp&semi;Bank&nbsp&semi;Plc&comma; and Societe Bancaire Limited came together to form&nbsp&semi;Unity Bank&nbsp&semi;Plc&comma; with the objective of integrating their operations and raising the minimum N25 billion capitalization prescribed by the then Charles Soludo led Central Bank of Nigeria&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The banks has&comma; teamwork&comma; passion&comma; resourcefulness&comma; &nbsp&semi;integrity&comma; dependability and excellence&comma; as its business philosophy<&sol;p>&NewLine;
