There Are No Crises In Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos

OpenLife Nigeria reports that as 2026 draws close, Chief Solomon Ogbonna Aguene, President Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos says plans are in place to conduct election into various office in the Lagos chapter of the socio cultural organization

Mr. President Sir, there are lots of propaganda news in the social media about crises in Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos. As the president, kindly clarify

Thank you very much. During the campaigns in the presidential election that brought President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to power, I love one of his statements among so many others.

President Tinubu said that there are media propaganda campaigns, there is physical voting and there is strategy that carries the day on its own.

So, it is good you mentioned propaganda. There are no crises in Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos.
Court is the final resolution of any crises.

When is the national body in Enugu coming to conduct election in Lagos for your hand over next year? This question is coming against the background of certain signs that campaigns for the Ohanaeze election will soon start.

My dear media, Enugu has no right to conduct election in Lagos State or any state chapter. All the states have constitution / bye law.

How many times has any President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria send executives to go and conduct election in any State?

;

So, Ndigbo should not bring problems to themselves because that is what is causing the crises.
There is no need to worry about that.

We have gotten a President General that is very sound. He is also a lawyer, politician and a successful business man.

He is not coming to conduct election in Lagos.
The national body has not gone to Kano, Jos, Sokoto , Makurdi, Borno, Edo to conduct election. So, why are they so interested in Lagos? Is it because of money or to teach the Lagos branch quality leadership?

Mbata is very sound. He will not reduce himself to nothing. I am going to conduct the election to elect new officers in 2026.
Enugu will only come for observation and the problems of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Lagos will be buried for ever.

Among the people that are going to set up the committee with me are all the past presidents of Ndigbo in Lagos state and critical stateholders of Ohanaeze.
