Sir Emeka Offia inclusion into the leadership structure Lagos Ohanaeze has set the pace for a socio-cultural revolution

This was the disclosure of High Chief Solomon Ogbonna Aguene, President, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Lagos State, on the choice of Eze, Sir, Chris Emeka Offia as the new Chairman, Council of NDIEZE in Lagos Ohanaeze Ndigbo
Chief Aguene made the disclosure in his opening remarks at an event in Lagos on Wednesday, November 18 where Igbo legends were honoured by the social-cultural association.
The day before, precisely on Tuesday, November 17, Chief Solomon Aguene had presented Sir Emeka Offia as the new Chairman, Council of NDIEZE in Lagos at a well-attended event by high flying Ndigbos.
Speaking on the choice of Eze Emeka Offia, Chief Aguene extolled his virtues saying he is a welcome addition to the leadership of Lagos Ohanaeze.
“Eze Emeka Offia has done so much for Lagos Ohanaeze. I am very delighted to have him on board,” he stated.
In a brief chat with OpenLife, the Eze Ndigbo, Ibeju-Lekki, and Traditional Prime Minister (ONOWU) Egede kingdom in Enugu state rationalized his choice as an act of God.
Eze Offia, Knight of St. Mulumba, KSM, and a successful businessman promised to externalize the prospects of Lagos Ndigbos as Nigeria’s pride in global socio-cultural and economic index.
“I thank Chief Solomon Ogbonna Aguene for his commitment to sustainable leadership. Our style of leadership will bring about a paradigm shift in the drive towards cultural evolution not only in Lagos but in Nigeria,” he promised.
