Senator Orji Uzor Kalu

OpenLife Nigeria has reliably gathered that Senate Chief Whip, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, 61, who represents Abia North in the Senate is currently in trouble as his fans on facebook are going for his jugular over unfulfilled financial promise.
Kalu, a Nigerian politician and businessman is the chairman of SLOK Holding and the Daily Sun newspapers in Nigeria. He served as the Governor of Abia State, Nigeria from 29 May 1999 to 29 May 2007.
On December 3, he called on his Facebook friends that he would extend Christmas goodwill to them the next Day, December 4.
He hinted that he was going to task his followers with simple logic and advised them to brace up as 300 people would win financial rewards.
He, however, did not disclose how much he was going to give each winner.
According to him •
“In the spirit of the season and in response to some of your comments, the first phase of Christmas giveaway will kick off tomorrow. There will be 300 beneficiaries of little token each. To make it easier in selecting the beneficiaries, a little task will be required. When you succeed, please attach your account number and you will be credited immediately. It will kick off at 11am tomorrow,” he assured.
On December 4, the Senator who is believed to be eying 2023 presidency called out his followers and said:
“It is 11 am and we shall begin. As I said earlier, this token has no relationship with my Constituency project. It is a simple way of wishing as many people as possible merry Christmas. Some may need it others may not need it . If you want to know my performance as the Senator representing Abia North Senatorial zone, please ask anyone from my zone . I have performed beyond many people’s expectations of a Senator. As an elected senator, I have done excellently well for Abia North.
To be a beneficiary of this Giveaway, kindly type the name of the Senator representing Abia North Senatorial zone. If you succeed in repeating the name three times with no interruption from another person , you can then attach your preferred account details and you will be credited immediately. Please note that the names must not be in a single comment but three different comments. Happy weekend and victory for Enyimba.”
According to findings, many of his followers took the task seriously and responded.
However, on Monday evening, December 6, Kalu took to his facebook to announce that he has fulfilled his promise of N1 million to Enyimba players of Aba who defeated Al Ittihad Sc on Saturday.
He wrote: “On Saturday, I promised to gift one million naira to the players of Enyimba FC should they win their yesterday’s CAF Confederation Cup against the Al Ittihad Sc. I am so happy Enyimba won with 2-0 and I have duly fulfilled my promise.
Congratulations
Enyimba!”
This automatically infuriated his followers who reminded him that he has not credited their accounts despite since Saturday after winning at the giveaway test.
Amongst his followers who are lamenting are:
Samuel Nwani Emeka
Ouk, ouk, ouk, how many times did I called you.
Please show us the proof, otherwise, it’s audio political money.

Martins Nnaemeka “But you refused to credit us as you promised. I go dey talk am until you send my money
King Vin
Congrats. You also promised to credit us for the holiday celebration immediately we get what you requested of us. I’m yet to see any cash from you in my account sir.
Chu Kwuka
Sir I won your challenge on Saturday and was even among the first people to comment but I didn’t receive any money. I thought maybe selecting winners would be done according to those who commented first. I had to put an alarm and stay alert for it.
