Sat Guru Maharaji buries coronavirus

Sat Guru  Maharaji , the spiritual leader of One Love Family, aka The Nucleus, has said that the coronavirus pandemic ,which has orchestrated apprehension round the world , has been buried.

He stated this in Lagos on March 21 on the occasion of a Divine Public Lecture organized by the One Love Family.

“Why I am here today is to bury coronavirus. It is dead and buried forever. Tell everyone not to panic any more. Tell the government not to panic anymore,” he declared.

He added that the reason coronavirus was able to permeate into the environment was because of lack of knowledge which he has consistently offered the world , saying that if citizens key into his knowledge of light, they would be freed from all diseases, ailments, poverty and barriers.

Coronaviruses are a family of viruses that cause disease in animals. The new virus, officially called Covid-19, has caused apprehension round the world.

The source of the coronavirus is believed to be a “wet market” in Wuhan, China, which sold both dead and live animals including fish and birds.

Since it broke,  there has been production shutdowns in Nigeria, Africa and globally, with supply chain disruptions due to seaport and air travel cancellations in the United States, Europe and China, causing global ripple effects across all economic sectors in a rare “twin supply-demand shock.”

Economically, the effects have already been felt – demand for Nigeria and Africa’s raw materials and commodities in U.S, Europe and China has declined and vice versa: Nigeria and Africa’s access to industrial components and manufactured goods from the region has been hampered. This is causing further uncertainty in a country and continent already grappling with widespread geo-political and economic instability. According to Fitch ratings agency, the coronavirus outbreak will have a downside risk for short term growth for Nigeria that export commodities like mineral fuels, oil, oil seed, oleagic fruits, grain, seed, fruits distillation, lead, raw hides and skins (other than furskins) and leather products.

In Nigeria, all institutions have been shut down. Religious service centres have also been advised to worship from homes.

Meanwhile, reported cases in Nigeria  are growing per day.

As of the time of filling this report, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed Sunday morning three new cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria making a total number of 25 cases with 2 discharged.
