<h4>Rwanda Update: Lady Lilliane Mugabekazi Faces Two Years Imprisonment</h4>
<p><strong><a href="https://openlife.ng/">OpenLife Nigeria,</a></strong> on Friday, August 29, reported that a Rwandan woman, RwaMugabekazi Lilliane, had been arrested and charged with public indecency after wearing a revealing dress at a concert by popular French musician Tayc in Kigali on the 9th August 2022.</p>
<p>The beautiful lady is 24 years old. She is currently in jail as she waits to hear her fate in court.</p>
<p>“She is suspected to have committed public indecency,” the spokesman for the prosecution, Faustin Nkusi, told AFP, adding that the court would announce on Tuesday whether she would receive bail.</p>
<p>News of the arrest sparked outrage among some <a href="https://punchng.com/">Rwandans</a>, but government officials including former justice minister Johnston Busingye backed the move.</p>
<p>However, fresh information available to OpenLife Saturday afternoon indicated that Rwandan Police have paraded the 24-year-old lady. According to the information, she may be sentenced to two years imprisonment for indecent dressing at the concert.</p>
