Riot In US Capitol, Windows Broken, Smoke, Grenades Rent The Air

Riot in US Capitol as grenade rent the air as security are being deployed on Senate side of the US Capitol
OpenLife Nigerian reports smoke grenades are being deployed on the Senate side of the US Capitol, as Capitol police work to clear the building of rioters.
Windows on the west side of the Senate have been broken, and hundreds of officers are amassing on the first floor of the building.
There are reports that workers in the US Senate have been told by the Capitol Police that they are being evacuated from the Senate, to an undisclosed location.
The Capitol Police also say the Senate won’t be in session in the Capitol building today or anytime soon, saying the building was “trashed.”
OpenLife Nigeria online medium gathered that trouble started when pro-Trump rioters stormed the US Capitol where members of Congress were meeting to certify President-elect Joe Biden’s win.
Meanwhile, the House floor has been evacuated, and Congress is in recess. The DC mayor has implemented a 6 p.m. ET curfew.
OpenLife Nigeria further gathered that before the riots began, Republicans in both chambers had planned to object to the count and delay the inevitable certification of Biden’s win.
