The Retail Sourcing Fair West Africa has been slated to hold between November 12 and 14 at the Convention Center, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
According to a release signed by Esther Jatau of Atlantic exhibition, the organizers of the event and made available to OpenLife, the RSF is a trade-only fair focusing exclusively on retail and commercial products for the home, office, gift and Textile sectors.
The statement added that the Retail Sourcing Fair is a one-stop solution that would help navigate and register foothold in this new territory for those who don’t know the entry point to the West African market.
Therefore, for players in those sectors, the exhibition is a first step to establishing a presence for brands in key markets on the Africa Continent. The sectors include Art & Printing, Lighting, Bathroom products & Accessories, Crafts & Ceramics, Furniture, Giftware, Stationary & Wrapping, Glassware, Home Decoration & Accessories, Home textiles & linen, Office & Desktop, Kitchen & Tableware and Outdoor/ Garden.
WHY EXHIBIT
Unique visitors with massive buying power:
95% of the Nigerian retail sector is dominated by informal retailers, 40% of which do not travel to international trade fairs – resulting in many countries sending representatives to Nigeria to meet with these buyers. The majority of the visitors will be buying for these informal markets, giving you access to buyers that you won’t meet at any other exhibition
