Reopen TASCE, students tell Abiodun

&NewLine;<p>National Association&NewLine;of Ogun State Students &lpar;NAOSS&rpar; has urged &nbsp&semi;Governor&comma; Prince Dapo Abiodun to&NewLine;&nbsp&semi;reopen Tai Solarin College of Education &lpar;TASCE&rpar;&comma; Ijagun&comma; Ogun State for&NewLine;learning &nbsp&semi;to avoid further degeneration&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The institution has&NewLine;been under lock for &nbsp&semi;more than &nbsp&semi;six months over unpaid 48 months salaries and 14&NewLine;months salary arrears&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>The Association&NewLine;&nbsp&semi;made this known on Monday July 8&comma; 2019 through its newly elected National&NewLine;President&comma; Comrade Ogunrombi Oluwagbemileke at a Press conference which held at&NewLine;Iwe -Iroyin press center Abeokuta&comma; the State capital&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Oluwagbemileke who&NewLine;expressed belief that Abiodun&&num;8217&semi;s administration would rejuvenate the glory of&NewLine;the State&comma; lamented that the close down of activities on the campus could&NewLine;affect students academic performance&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>&nbsp&semi;He stated&NewLine;&&num;8220&semi;Though&comma; we believe that the Governor has come to restore &nbsp&semi;the glory of the State&comma; we seize this medium&NewLine;to implore him to see to the reopening of Tai Solarin College of Education that&NewLine;has been under lock for months now&period;&&num;8221&semi;&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Speaking on the&NewLine;Association&&num;8217&semi;s just concluded election which was held over the weekend&comma; the&NewLine;President stressed that democracy must thrive&comma; not only in the State but also&NewLine;in the country at large&comma; insisting&comma; &&num;8220&semi;Credible electoral process is needed &nbsp&semi;to grow the tree of democracy&period;&&num;8217&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
