NOSOP is Nigeria’s new language—Nwobodo

&NewLine;<p>NOSOP&comma; North South Progressive Movement is Nigeria’s new language&comma; says John Nwobodo&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Nwobodo&comma; an Enugu attorney and lecturer&comma; who made this known on <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">Saturday<&sol;a>&comma; is the national co coordinator of the Movement&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>In a statement&comma; Nwobodo re emphasized the cardinal standpoints of the Movement&comma; saying &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;We remain committed to the ideas and goals of NOSOP&period;”<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>According to him&comma; the North-South Progressives is a non-partisan and <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">pan-Nigerian Movement&period; <&sol;a>The association of patriots promotes national good governance based on the principles of equity&comma; justice and fairness&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;We believe every section of Nigeria should share in the opportunity to govern <a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">Nigeria<&sol;a> and administer key institutions of state&period;”<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>To achieve this&comma; Nwobodo urges citizens to adopt NOSOP as Nigeria’s new language in social&comma; business&comma; culture and politics&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;We can break the walls of ethnicity and religious bigotry that have held us backward as a nation&period; Either <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;thisdaylive&period;com">North or South<&sol;a>&comma; we are brothers and we are friends&comma;” he says&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>For the avoidance of ambiguity&comma; Nwobodo explains that &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;NOSOP is not a platform to seek political power&period; It might act as a catalyst for political power only to the extent consistent with its published aims and objectives&period;”<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Meanwhile&comma; the<a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;"> association<&sol;a> has fixed its &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;First National Stakeholders Meeting” for September 25 by 10am at Enugu Sports Club&comma; GRA&comma; Enugu&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
