<h4>No Fraud In FirstBank</h4>

<p><strong><a href="https://openlife.ng/">OpenLife Nigeria</a></strong> reports that First Bank of Nigeria has described as &#8220;<strong>false</strong>&#8221; a publication indicating fraudulent practices in the bank.</p>
<p>A statement signed by Olayinka Ijabiyi,<br />
Acting Group Head, Marketing &; Corporate Communications and made available to OpenLife said the publication is not &#8220;<em><strong>supported by any factual evidence.&#8221;</strong></em></p>
<p>The statement is reproduced below unedited.</p>
<p><em><strong>We have been made aware of a recent publication by Tech Cabal containing allegations of fraud involving our institution.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong> We wish to categorically state that the story is entirely unfounded and not supported by any factual evidence.</strong></em></p>
