NLC Chairman Congratulates MOUN

OpenLife Nigeria reports that Comrade Sunny James, the Akwa Ibom State Chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, has congratulated Alhaji Sotayo Olusola Rasak, National President of Motorcycle Operators Union of Nigeria, MOUN, on the inauguration of Akwa Ibom State Council.

According to information, the inauguration of MOUN, Akwa Ibom State Council, held on Thursday, January 18, 2024 in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State capital.

While congratulation Alhaji Sotayo Razaq and his credible team on the inauguration of Akwa Ibom Council, Comrade Sunny James promised to stand by the Union in all seasons and at all times.

He called for patriotic synergy between the two bodies, noting that it is critical to the realization of the needed uplifts in the life and policy standards of motor cycle operators and riders across Akwa State and beyond.

 

Speaking at the event, national President of MOUN, Alhaji Sotayo Olusola Rasak, encouraged members to be law abiding.

He emphasized that welfare and well being of motor cycle operators is of great concern to the national leadership.

He however promised that under his leadership, there would be considerable improvement in MOUN.

He assured the government of Akwa Ibom State of MOUN’s collaboration in the attainment of improved motor cycle transportation within its cities and inner circles in line with global best practice.
