OpenLife Nigeria reports that to strengthen existing skills and learn new ones, the national leadership of Motorcycle Operators Union of Nigeria, MOUN, are billed to under go a 3- day Capacity Building Training Programme for members within the fold.
The training programme which is expected to begin on Wednesday, January 24 and ends on Friday, January 26, is organized by the Micheal Imoudu Institute of Labour Studies, Ilorin, Kwara State.
Expected at the training are the President and all newly elected members of MOUN Central Working Committee.
Among other things, the training would avail the attendees an opportunity to have a better understanding of their responsibilities and the leadership skills for effective motorcycle transportation management as well as improve their confidence for efficient administrative service delivery.
To align with global best practice, one of MOUN’s cardinal objective is to continuously enhance professionalism across cadre in the union.
