In an earlier remarks during the association’s maiden meeting  which held in Lagos on Thursday, July 16,   the national President, Samson Oki, emphasized the central objectives of NAOSRE and urged members to focus on its core mission maintaining that the association must professionally present unbiased daily and hourly information to the public.

“In the discharge of our duties, we must place national interest far and above our personal interest. We must be guided by our core objectives of presenting balanced security reports to the public. For a safe environment, operatives need citizens’ co operation which can only be achieved through citizens’ sustainable confidence and trust.  We have a role to play to make that happen being that we are the custodian of information.
