Mark Zuckerberg Reveals His Most ‘Delicious’ Project

Mark Zuckerberg Reveals

OpenLife Nigeria reports that world 5th richest man, Mark Zuckerberg, has revealed his most delicious project.

Against all expectation, the multi billionaire who is renowned in information technology through which he became a billionaire, said he has found favour in agriculture, specifically animal husbandry.

Writing on his Facebook wall on Tuesday, Zuckerberg, an American businessman, philanthropist and co-founded of social media service, Facebook, wrote:

“Started raising cattle at Ko’olau Ranch on Kauai, and my goal is to create some of the highest quality beef in the world.

“The cattle are wagyu and angus, and they’ll grow up eating macadamia meal and drinking beer that we grow and produce here on the ranch.

“We want the whole process to be local and vertically integrated. Each cow eats 5,000-10,000 pounds of food each year, so that’s a lot of acres of macadamia trees.

“My daughters help plant the mac trees and take care of our different animals. We’re still early in the journey and it’s fun improving on it every season. Of all my projects, this is the most delicious.”

It would however be recalled that only recently, news broke to the effect that Mark Zuckerberg was building a $100m Hawaiian ranch with bunker and 11 treehouses

The ranch includes two mansions, 11 treehouses and a sprawling underground bunker, according to reports.
The Facebook billionaire’s Koolau Ranch estate will boast more than a dozen buildings on a 1,400-acre plot on Kauai island.

Along with 30 bedrooms and 30 bathrooms, the ranch will also feature 11 treehouses in a nearby woodland area, which will be joined together by a series of rope bridges, meaning guests will not have to descend to move between them.

The compound will include two mansions spanning 57,000 square feet complete with lifts, offices, conference rooms and an industrial-sized kitchen, according to planning documents seen by WIRED.

They will be joined by an underground tunnel which connects to a 5,000 sq ft bunker with a living space, mechanical room and an escape hatch which can be accessed via a ladder.

It will also reportedly include a living space, a mechanical room and feature an apparent “blast-resistant” concrete and steel door.

Doors throughout the secure estate will have keypad locks and soundproofing, while the library will feature a “blind” door which blends in with the rest of the room.

The estate will include cameras “everywhere”, one worker told WIRED, with construction plans for a smaller building including more than 20 cameras.

The self-sufficient estate will reportedly include a 55ft by 18ft water tank, along with a pump system, with food grown locally onsite.
There are also plans for one building to house a gym, pools, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge pool and a tennis court.

The Facebook founder bought the Hawaiian land in a series of deals beginning in 2014 for a total of $170 million.

The Bunker

Construction costs and permits are understood to have cost around $100 million, meaning the whole project will have cost an estimated $270 million, making it one of the most expensive properties in the world.

Notably, reports have it that as of the moment, Zuckerberg’s net worth was estimated at $125 billion by Forbes, making him the fifth richest person in the world. A film depicting Zuckerberg’s early career, legal troubles and initial success with Facebook,

The Social Network was released in 2010 and won multiple Academy Awards.

Born on May 14, 1984 at White Plains, New York, United States, Mark Zuckerberg obtained his university degree at Harvard University between 2002 and 2004.

Married to Priscilla Chan in 2012, Zuckerberg is currently worth about $126.9 billion USD, according to Forbes.
