LOCKDOWN: Ogun Police Commissioner commends security personnel on Enforcement

The Ogun State Commissioner of Police, CP Kenneth Ebrimson has commended the State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE) including the Police, Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), SO-SAFE, Vigilantee Group for enforcing the governments’ preventive measures that is preventing the spread of COVID 19 pandemic in the state.

The Police Chief made the commendation at Tollgate, along Lagos-Abeokuta expressway while on monitoring visit to all border towns of the state. He said the lockdown is the benefit of everybody in the state.

He urged the security personnel to continuing embark on synergy that would enhance their unity as government officials, adding that in unity they can fight and eradicate criminality and other social vices in the state.

He appealed to the security personnel to continue enforcing the lockdown directives without misused of power or neither tampering on anybody’s right.

He enjoined the security personnels to always consider their safety while on duty.
