Labour Party Will Labour Till They Die—Tinubu

OpenLife Nigeria reports that the All Progressives Congress, APC presidential candidate in the 2023 general elections, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu says Labour Party, one of the registered 18 political parties in Nigeria would labour till it folds up.
The former Lagos State governor made the declaration on Tuesday in Osogbo, Osun State capital during a political rally for governor Oyetola, the APC governorship candidate in the Osun July election.
During the campaign rally which attracted APC stalwarts from far and near, Tinubu told party faithful to “Think about your children and vote accordingly so that you can see the future. Come out en masse. Don’t mind PDP and other mushroom parties, parties like Labour. They will labour till they die.”
The remark by Tinubu has however generated unsavoury comments on social media, some of who feel the statement is pedestrian.
Notably, Labour Party has of recent gained national and international popularity as a result of Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the party who is believed to have been endorsed by the youths and other critical stakeholders.
