OpenLife Nigeria reports that the Commissioner of Police, Kogi State Police Command, CP Naziru Bello Kankarofi, on Friday, paid a courtesy visit to the State Director of Security, Department of State Service, Kogi State, Mr. Tajudeen Olumomi Adeogun.
The visit aimed at strengthening security collaboration and enhancing synergy between the Nigeria Police Force and the Department of State Service.
This development is contained in a statement signed by the Command’s spokesman, CSP William Ovye Aya, and made available to OpenLife.
According to the statement, the CP emphasised the cordial working relationship and professional synergy enjoyed under Mr. Tajudeen’s leadership.
He congratulated Mr. Tajudeen on his well-deserved promotion, describing it as a recognition of diligence, unwavering commitment, and exemplary service to the nation.
The CP stressed that the strong collaboration between the Police and DSS significantly strengthened security operations in Kogi State.
He noted that through the Director’s cooperation and support, inter-agency collaboration flourished, leading to improved confidence, coordination, and operational efficiency.
In his remarks, the State Director of Security expressed appreciation to the CP for his exceptional leadership, open-mindedness, and unwavering commitment to inter-agency collaboration.
He further emphasised that the support he received from the CP greatly enhanced the effectiveness of security collaboration in the state.
