Kenneth Gbagi Is Unfit For Delta Governorship—Group

<p><em>Kenneth Gbagi&comma; a business man and politician&comma; is unfit to become Delta State governor in 2023&comma; says group<&sol;em><br &sol;>&NewLine;<strong><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">OpenLife Nigeria<&sol;a><&sol;strong> reports that pressure is mounting against the aspiration of Kenneth <strong>Gbagi&comma;<&sol;strong> a former minister of education&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;A statement made available to OpenLife Nigeria by a group called Delta Interest Group&comma; DIG&comma; pointed out the many sins of Delta Interest Group&comma; DIG who they described as &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;very unfit to contest Delta State governorship election in 2023&period;”<br &sol;>&NewLine;Chief among the reasons&comma; according to the group&comma; was the alleged assault of staff members who work at his hotel&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Only recently&comma; the former minister was placed on the wanted list by the Delta State police over victims who he allegedly assaulted&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;The former Minister has since been placed on the wanted list by the police&period; The public has been asked to assist the police for his arrest if they know his whereabouts&comma;” <strong><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">OpenLife Nigeria<&sol;a><&sol;strong>  leant&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Further&comma; OpenLife was told that the Delta command’s spokesman&comma; DSP Onome Onovwakpoyeya invited Kenneth Gbagi for interrogation but he failed to honor the invitation&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Sources disclosed that the staff were accused of stealing an amount of N5&comma;000 from the hotel&period; They were then stripped naked and abused physically&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;This&comma; according to DIG&comma; whose statement was signed by its president&comma;Thomas Joe&comma; are sufficient reasons to deny Gbagi a ticket to contest governorship primary&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Kenneth Gbagi is not even qualify to contest for chairmanship let alone governorship&period; This is a man who molested his female members of staff publicly&period; That alone has put a serious question mark on his integrity&comma;” the stamen reads&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Continuing the group emphasized that &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;At this time and age&comma; people with questionable character like Gbagi should not be trusted with governorship power&period; We will vote against him if he also able to maneuver his way round the primaries”<&sol;p>&NewLine;
