The former Minister of External Affairs during the regime of President Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida spoke on the side line Thursday at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Lagos.
Akinyemi was at the Institute as a guest speaker at the NIIA Distinguished Lecture Series 2022.
