Gov. Abiodun hits the ground running, holds crucial meetings

&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">Barely 24 hours after swearing-in&comma; Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State arrived the &nbsp&semi;Oke Mosan Government House at about 9&colon;30am on Thursday&comma; May 30&comma; 2019 to resume &nbsp&semi;duty&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp&semi;His arrival elicited joy around the environment with permanent&NewLine;secretaries of various ministries on standby to receive the fresh His Excellency&comma;&NewLine;Dapo Abiodun&nbsp&semi; and his Deputy&comma; Engineer&NewLine;Mrs&period; Noimot Salako Oyedele&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">Officially&comma; he&nbsp&semi; was&NewLine;received by the Head of Service&comma; Engineer Lanre Bisiriyu&period; He thereafter went&NewLine;straight to inspect guard of honour mounted by the men of Nigeria Police Force&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">He moved around some Ministries including Civil Service Commission&comma;&NewLine;Finance&comma; &nbsp&semi;Chieftaincy Affairs&comma; Office of&NewLine;the Head of Service and Deputy Governor&&num;8217&semi;s office&period;&nbsp&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">At about 10&period;58 am the governor engaged&nbsp&semi; Permanent Secretaries in a closed door&NewLine;meeting at the office of the Head of Service&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">Three hours after&comma; &nbsp&semi;Service Chiefs including FRSC State Commander&comma;&NewLine;Nigerian Prisons&comma; Civil Defence Corps&comma; Nigeria Immigration Service&comma; Nigeria&NewLine;Customs Service&comma; Director of DSS and the Commissioner of Police&comma; assembled for&NewLine;another round of meeting with the new governor&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p class&equals;"wp-block-paragraph">Meanwhile&comma; details of these meetings are yet available to&NewLine;OpenLife&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
