<p><strong>ORIGIN AND EARLY LIFE</strong></p>
<p>Dr Ron Kenoly was born and raised in Coffeyville, Kansas, the son of Edith Kenoly.</p>
<p>From an early age, he showed a deep passion for music, inspired by legendary Black entertainers like Sammy Davis Jr. and Nat King Cole.</p>
<p>His mother prayed for him even before his birth, asking God that her son would dedicate his life to praising Him a calling that would define Kenoly’s journey.</p>
<p>After high school, he moved to Hollywood, California, to pursue music. Before fully committing to gospel, he served in the United States Air Force from 1965 to 1968, performing with a band called The Mellow Fellows and touring military bases, which helped refine his musical skills.</p>
<p><strong>FAMILY AND PERSONAL LIFE</strong></p>
<p>Dr Kenoly was married to Tavita Kenoly, with whom he had three sons: Samuel, Ronald Jr., and Tony. Later in life, he married Diana, a United Nations ambassador, and remained with her until his passing. He was also related to Hollywood actor Don Cheadle, who is reported to be his cousin.</p>
<p><strong>MUSIC CAREER AND MINISTRY</strong></p>
<p>Kenoly initially experimented with secular music and even recorded R&;B tracks under the name Ron Keith, but he ultimately devoted his life to Christian worship.</p>
<p>His full-time ministry began in 1985 at Jubilee Christian Center in San Jose, California, where he served as worship leader and was ordained as Music Pastor in 1987.</p>
