What is Gomen Construction all about?

We are a construction company committed to delivering strong, durable, and well-finished structures across Nigeria.

Why did you go into the construction industry?
It’s been a passion from my tender age. I have always loved construction, organization, and creation. It started as a passion and has grown into a life vision to continue creating and building for the future.

 Tell us about your creative architectural designs, diligent construction and thorough workmanship.
With my experience, I take time to understand the soil texture of every site. My goal is to erect strong, everlasting structures that can stand the test of time. We don’t cut corners.

How many projects have you executed so far?
The number is uncountable. We have built commercial houses, duplexes, residential buildings and more, especially within Enugu metropolis.

Tell us about your reputation as an innovative firm.
A: Our reputation is built on trust. The main factors in construction are trust and reputation, and what we have done over the years speaks for us. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets a home.

 How do you help clients actualize their dream?
Our job is to deliver finishing that makes our clients happy. We work closely with them to ensure their vision becomes reality.

How is your team of professionals?
I have an excellent team of professional workers and masters in the job. Even when I’m not on site, they are there to ensure quality and completion.

What is your commitment to providing outstanding construction services?
My commitment is 100%. I do jobs that people can admire and be proud of.

How would you describe your client relationship?
It’s very cordial. Communication is excellent. We build a memorandum of understanding with our clients so we work together to achieve one objective: a happy client.

What makes you an expert and professional in the industry?
Real estate brought me here, but it’s also my passion. I am a Civil Engineer and I graduated from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, ESUT, in 2019. The school and field experience made me who I am today.

What types of structures have you handled?
We have done residential houses, bungalows, duplexes, hostels, markets, drainages, roads, culverts and bridges. We’ve achieved great goals across all of them.

Tell us about your refurbishment, remodeling and rehabilitation work.
We’ve done a lot of refurbishment of bungalows and duplexes. The quality of those jobs speaks for us.

What are your excellent techniques and materials for project management?
I love to explore new ideas. I treat every structure like I’m wearing it as a cloth. We focus on using the best materials through proper planning to deliver durable and strong buildings.

What makes Gomen Construction stand tall in the industry?
The way we handle our work. We involve clients with daily updates and details. We deliver transformative work and ensure clients are part of the process.

What is your business strategy and innovation?
Our innovation is to incorporate local materials into our designs. This helps us build structures that are durable, affordable, and can stand the test of time.

What are the challenges in the industry?
The state of the nation is a major challenge. Cost of materials and the economy affect delivery.

How many years have you been in the industry and what experience have you gathered?
This is 18 years now. I’ve learned to work with different people and to understand soil texture to get the right foundation for every project.

What are your expectations from government to improve the construction industry?
Government should make building materials cheaper and encourage the use of local materials. We should also be able to export them.

How have you created jobs and contributed to the Nigerian economy?
On every site, I employ up to 30 people on salary and daily pay. I have also trained artisans and professionals in the industry.

How is your  growth patternand what drives you?
Today, Gomen Construction is a registered company and all our projects speak for us. What drives me is passion and love for construction.

What is your focus going forward?
