<p><strong>Former PDP chairman dies in Canada (PHOTO) </strong></p>
<p><strong>A former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), <a href="http://Openlife.ng">Prince Vincent Ogbulafor</a>, is dead.</strong></p>

<p>It was gathered that Ogbulafor died on Thursday night in Canada at the age of 73.</p>
<p>The former PDP chairman was born on May 24, 1949.</p>
<p>Ogbulafor was the PDP National Secretary before he became the party’s National Chairman.</p>
