<h4>Economic Hardship<&sol;h4>&NewLine;<p><strong><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;">OpenLife Nigeria<&sol;a><&sol;strong> reports that Pastor Senior Gabriel Okpako Uyeh&comma; JP&comma; National Vice-President and LAWNA Territorial Chairman of The Apostolic Church Nigeria&comma; has announced an increase in the wages of Ministers&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He attributed the recent salary increment for ministers in the Territory to faith in God&&num;8217&semi;s word and the voice of God&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Speaking at the monthly Lagos Metropolitan business meeting on April 30&comma; 2025&comma; at National Temple Olorunda-Ketu&comma; Lagos&comma; Pastor Uyeh explained that the increment was made in faith&comma; believing that pastors would double their efforts in their duties&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He urged pastors not to think that there is surplus somewhere&comma; stating&comma; &&num;8220&semi;<em><strong>We increased your salaries believing that you will increase in your duties&comma; enabling us to continue paying and encouraging church leadership&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;em><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><em><strong>&&num;8220&semi;If we face challenges later&comma; it&&num;8217&semi;s not my fault&semi; it&&num;8217&semi;s yours&period;&&num;8221&semi;<&sol;strong><&sol;em><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Pastor Uyeh also charged Pastors to be faithful in their duties&comma; ensuring spiritual&comma; physical&comma; and economic growth in their Assemblies&comma; Districts&comma; and Areas&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The move comes amid growing demands for improved welfare packages for ministers across denominations&comma; amid economic hardships in the country&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
