Dino Melaye Attacks Wike Again

OpenLife Nigeria reports that the festering political face off between two old friends, Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State and Senator Dino Melaye of Kogi State assumed frightening dimension Wednesday morning when Dino Melaye described Wike as “Expired drug,” to be pulled off the shelf sooner than expected.
Dino Melaye who recently won the Kogi November 11 governorship ticket on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP dropped this political assault on the Rivers State governor on Arise TV programme.
Dino maintained that it is sheer waste of time discussion governor Wike who had dressed him down as unfit for Lugard Government House in Kogi.
During an earlier media chat, Wike advised PDP not to make the error of fronting Dino for the race, saying the Senator is a dramatist.
During the chat, Wike was unsparing in de marketing Dino Melaye saying governorship is for serious minded individuals.
Reacting, Dino noted that Wike has outlived his usefulness because in less than 60 days, he would be out of office, by which time he would be stripped of protocols and immunity.
He therefore advised Arise TV crew to shift attention off Wike’s rantings saying “I don’t have time for drug induced individuals like Wike.”
Dino submitted that he would turn Kogi to an investment friendly destination if voted into office as governor in November.
