Victor Ochei who represented Aniocha North Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, was a Speaker of the House between June 6, 2011 and 18 March 2014

Today, I celebrate an exceptional leader, a statesman of rare distinction, and a benefactor whose generosity changed the trajectory of my life, Rt. Hon. (Engr.) Victor Ochei, Esq., former Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly.

Olikeze, Sir, when it mattered most, you stood by me. You did not merely offer words of encouragement, you made tangible sacrifices.

You procured the major and expensive volumes that formed the backbone of my Ph.D. research, investing in my intellectual growth without hesitation. That singular act of kindness remains etched in my heart forever.

My nomination as Honourable Commissioner during the administration of His Excellency, Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, was yet another profound expression of your faith in my capacity to serve. That opportunity shaped my public service journey in ways words can scarcely capture.
