Covid 19: Physically Challenged Pray For Okowa

&NewLine;<p><strong>Members of Joint National Association of Persons Living with Disabilities&comma; Ika South chapter&comma; held intercessory prayer on behalf of the family of the Governor of Delta State&comma; Senator Ifeanyi Okowa&comma; the Secretary to the State Government&comma;  Chiedu Ebie and the State Commissioner for Information&comma; Charles Aniagwu&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p><strong>According to the disabled persons&comma; the prayer was necessitated by the heartbreaking news of the daughter of the governor and other personalities who tested&nbsp&semi; positive for coronavirus pandemic&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p><strong>The group led by its Chairman&comma; Comrade John Paul&comma; cried out to God in prayers for the quick recovery of the infected persons whom they described as good leaders&comma; positing that they will come out from the pandemic strong and in good health as their sickness was not on to death&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p><strong>The exercise was conducted by some clergymen&comma; Pastor Emmanuel Silvernus&comma; Prophet Amechi Bili and Prophet Joseph Igodo who separately declared God&&num;8217&semi;s healing upon them&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p><strong>Speaking with newsmen shortly after the prayer&comma; Paul explained that as persons with disabilities&comma; they believed that God can heal every sickness&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p><strong>He said&comma; &&num;8220&semi;We do not have anything to give to our amiable Governor&comma; the SSG and the Commissioner for Information&comma; than to offer our prayers on their behalf&period;”<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p><strong>&&num;8220&semi;They deserve our prayers because they are good leaders that have shown us love and care&comma; and God said&comma; &&num;8216&semi;If any good man&comma; especially those that considers people living with disabilities&comma; widows and vulnerable in the society&comma; should fall on sick bed&comma; He will raise him up so that he can continue his good work&&num;8217&semi;&period; On this belief&comma; we have declared that by His mercies&comma; our affected leaders amongst other Covid 19 patients in Anioma&comma; Delta State&comma; Nigeria and the world at large&comma; are healed&comma;&&num;8221&semi; he added&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p><strong>Meanwhile&comma; the chairman use the medium to encourage citizens to adhere to the NCDC and state government directives against the spread of the virus&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;
