Buhari makes fresh appointments ahead of 2023 (Full List)

<p><strong><a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;Openlife&period;ng">President Muhammadu Buhari<&sol;a> has approved the appointment of <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;Openlife&period;ng">Engineer Tukur Mohammed Lawal Funtua<&sol;a> as the new Managing Director of <a href&equals;"http&colon;&sol;&sol;Openlife&period;ng">Nigeria Communications Satellite &lpar;NIGCOMSAT&rpar;<&sol;a>&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The appointment of Engineer Funtua as the new MD of NIGCOMSAT follows the retirement of the erstwhile Managing Director&comma; Dr Abimbola Alale&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p><strong>Buhari also approved the reappointment of Mallam Shekarau Omar as Executive Director&comma; Small and Medium Enterprises for a second tenure&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Omar whose first tenure would be expiring on March 5&comma; 2023&comma; will now serve for another four years&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p class&equals;"p1"><strong>Similarly&comma; the President also approved the appointment of Mabel Ndagi as Executive Director to take effect from  March 19&comma; 2023&period;<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;<p class&equals;"p1">The statement reads&comma; &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Ndagi will be replacing a retiring Executive Director&comma; Toyin Adeniji&comma; who would be retiring March 18&comma; 2023&comma; after serving her second and final term in office&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h2><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;openlife&period;ng&sol;2023-it-is-not-easy-working-with-aisha-peter-obi-cries-out&sol;">2023&colon; It&&num;8217&semi;s Not Easy Working With Aisha &&num;8211&semi; Peter Obi Cries Out <&sol;a><&sol;h2>&NewLine;<p class&equals;"p1">&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;She is currently the General Manager&comma; Government and External  Communications for the Bank of Industry&period; Ms Ndagi has served diligently in the bank for over 16 years&period;”<&sol;p>&NewLine;
