Blockvila Launches P2P
OpenLife Nigeria has gathered that Blockvila, leading Nigeria’s cryptocurrency exchange, has announced the launch of its Peer-to-Peer (P2P) trading service.
The launch, according to a statement made available to OpenLife by Oleabhiele Valentine, is fixed for Friday, July 30, 2021.
Expectedly, Blockvila P2P vendors can now earn revenue when they buy and sell crypto amongst themselves with zero transaction fees in addition to professional escrow service support from Blockvila.
The P2P marketplace is launched to meet the increasing demand for higher access
to liquidity by crypto traders.
According to Blockvila CEO, Mrs Precious Wogu, vendors would be carefully selected and verified to protect users’ interests.
“Data has shown that the industry demand for P2P trading has witnessed an increase
in the last few months especially from crypto enthusiasts in Africa.
“It is on this premise that we are launching a marketplace to give users more flexibility and
Liquidity,” she stated.
The P2P trading service marks the first release of several other services being developed to aggregate the Blockvila ecosystem.
It could, however, be recalled that Blockvila
announced the release of its native token, VILA, which is set to be listed on August 5
on Pancakeswap, one of the world’s largest DEX on Binance Smart Chain.
