OpenLife Nigeria reports that former BBNaija housemate Angel Smith turns 26, and she celebrated in her own unique style.
Sharing Valentine-themed photos on Instagram, Angel paired them with a personal note to God that captured her gratitude and reflections.
In her post, she admitted how rare it is for words to fail her.
“26, there is barely anything poetic to say when life has been good, I guess that in itself is poetic, to be in such a great space that words fail you, which is unlike me, I have always been able to say everything,” she wrote.
Handing over her new age to God, Angel added, “I will say this though, Dear God, I hand this new age over to you, if I am hanging on by a thread this year, May it be the hem of your garment.”
Fans, family, and friends quickly filled her comments with heartfelt birthday wishes, turning her Instagram into a flood of love and congratulations.
Angel’s post shows that sometimes, simply being grateful for life’s blessings is the most poetic statement of all.
