Abdullahi Sule, Adegbite to speak at Nigerian mining conference

Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nassarawa State and  Architect  Olamilekan  Adegbite Nigeria’s Minister of Mines and Steel Development, have been confirmed as speakers at the Nigerian Mining Week webinar.

The webinar is fixed for Thursday, August 20  at 1 pm.

Event organizers, Clarion Events Africa, says, it will focus on: “Driving investment in Nigerian mining industry in a pandemic situation.”

Joining Abdullahi Sule on the panel is a well-known mining consultant, Emma Priestley, Executive Director at Goldstone Resources Ltd, United Kingdom.
It is part of a series of expert live discussions hosted by Nigeria Mining Week in partnership with Mining Review Africa.

This edition is  in the run-up to the event in October.

The organisers of Nigeria Mining Week recently announced that the event would proceed as a digital platform from 12-16 October this year.

As such, the event will reconvene live in Abuja on 11-13 October 2021.

Moreover, she emphasized that Nigeria is home to abundant and untapped mineral reserves.

Sabina Tab noted that the government is focused on increasing the country’s business investment attraction.

Laura Cornish,the Head of Content at Mining Review Africa, will be moderating Thursday’s webinar.
