Lagos Chamber of Commerce International Arbitration Centre, LACIAC, a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, will be organising a 2-day training on Dispute Management and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) September 10 – 11, 2019 at Commerce House, 1 Idowu Taylor Street, Victoria Island, Lagos between 8:00am – 5:00pm daily
According to a release made available to OpenLife, this training is supported by the Policy Development Facility Phase II of the UK’s Department for International Development, UK Aid.
The statement added that MSMEs will be trained on key factors to consider in the negotiation of dispute resolution clauses in contracts as well as cost effective and efficient methods of avoiding, managing and resolving commercial disputes.
